At Dibdaa, we believe buying and selling pre-owned items should be simple, safe and convenient.

The idea for Dibdaa began when our founder moved from London to Dubai and found that selling unwanted items could be frustrating — complicated listings, endless messages, time wasters and unrealistic offers. Dibdaa was created to provide a better experience: a marketplace designed to make buying and selling easier or, as we like to say, a more pacifying experience.

Dibdaa brings different ways to buy and sell together in one UAE marketplace. Sellers can list items at a fixed price, consider offers or use our auction feature and let the market help determine the price. Buyers can browse pre-owned items, buy, make offers or bid depending on the options available for each listing.
 

A Marketplace Built on Trust

Trust is at the heart of Dibdaa. Buyers and sellers can build their reputation through ratings and successful transactions, helping our community make more informed decisions about who they buy from and sell to.

We also take marketplace behaviour seriously. Users are expected to honour their transactions, describe items accurately and treat other members of the Dibdaa community fairly. Where problems arise, Dibdaa provides processes to help review and resolve eligible issues.
 

Secure Payments and Buyer Protection

Payments are completed securely through Dibdaa using the payment options available at checkout, including supported credit and debit cards and PayPal.

When an item is purchased, the buyer's payment is held while the transaction is completed. After receiving the item, the buyer has up to 48 hours to inspect it. If everything is in good order, the buyer can confirm acceptance earlier so the funds can be released to the seller without waiting for the full inspection period.
 

Delivery Made Easier

Dibdaa helps buyers and sellers complete the transaction, not just find each other. Eligible items can use our integrated delivery options with Aramex and PostaPlus, while listings may also offer free seller delivery or buyer collection.

Available delivery options and any applicable costs are shown as part of the transaction.
