SELLING SHOULD BE EASY

At Dibdaa, we believe buying and selling should be simple, convenient and, as we like to say, a pacifying experience.

Whether you're clearing out a cupboard, making space at home or simply giving something you no longer need a second life, Dibdaa makes it easy to list your item and connect with buyers.

SELLING ON DIBDAA

Getting started is simple:

1. Create your listing
Add clear photos and provide accurate information about your item, including its condition, price, dimensions and any defects or damage a buyer should know about.

2. Choose how you want to sell
Depending on the options available, you can sell your item at a fixed price, allow buyers to Make an Offer, or use our Auction feature and let the market help determine the price.

3. Choose your delivery options
You can offer free delivery, allow the buyer to collect the item for free, or make delivery available at the buyer's cost using Dibdaa's available delivery options.

If using Dibdaa's integrated delivery service, make sure the weight and dimensions you provide are accurate.

4. Complete the sale
When your item sells, the buyer completes payment through Dibdaa and the funds are securely held while the transaction is completed.

Once the buyer receives the item, they have up to 48 hours to inspect it. If everything is in good order, they can confirm acceptance earlier and the funds can be released to you without waiting for the full inspection period.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO SELL?

Dibdaa is currently free to use, with no Dibdaa listing or selling fees.

As our marketplace grows, we may introduce fees for certain services or optional features in the future. Any applicable fees will always be clearly shown before you choose to use a paid service.

HELP YOUR ITEM SELL

A great listing can make all the difference. Use clear, recent photographs, describe your item accurately and be upfront about its condition.

SELL RESPONSIBLY

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate and that the items they offer are permitted to be sold on Dibdaa and in the UAE.
