Need help with a transaction?

The Dibdaa Resolution Center helps buyers and sellers resolve issues that may arise during or after a transaction.

If you have a problem with an item, delivery, return, payment or another part of your transaction, you can raise an issue for review. Where necessary, Dibdaa may review the listing, transaction details, communications and supporting evidence provided by both parties to help determine an appropriate resolution.

Before raising a dispute, buyers and sellers should try to resolve the issue directly where appropriate. If you are unable to reach an agreement, Dibdaa can review the matter in accordance with our marketplace policies.
