Dibdaa Premium gives you your own dedicated storefront while keeping your products connected to the wider Dibdaa marketplace.

Create a personalised store, showcase your products in one place and share your unique Dibdaa store address with customers.

Your products can also appear across the main Dibdaa marketplace, giving buyers another way to discover what you sell.

Your Own Storefront

Create your own Dibdaa store with a dedicated store address such as:

yourstore.dibdaa.ae

Add your store name, logo, banner, description and products to create your own presence within Dibdaa.

Choose the Storefront That Suits You

Start small or choose a larger storefront depending on the number of active products you want to list.

Dibdaa also offers a free storefront option for up to 5 active items.

Paid Premium plans provide higher active listing limits and are charged monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Sell Your Way

Premium Store sellers can use Dibdaa's selling options, including:

• Buy Now – Set your price and allow buyers to purchase directly.
• Make Offer – Let buyers submit offers while you remain in control of the price you are willing to accept.
• Auction – Let interested buyers bid and allow the market to help determine the selling price.

More Ways for Buyers to Find You

Products listed in your Dibdaa Store can also be visible within the main Dibdaa marketplace.

Buyers can discover an individual product and then choose to Visit Seller's Store to see more of your listings.

This gives you the benefit of your own storefront while remaining part of the wider Dibdaa community.

Delivery & Collection

Premium Stores can offer the same flexible delivery and collection options available through Dibdaa.

Depending on the item and location, these may include:

• Buyer collection
• Seller-arranged delivery
• Free delivery offered by the seller
• Available third-party delivery options through Aramex and PostaPlus

Third-party delivery services are provided by the relevant delivery provider and are subject to their availability, requirements and applicable terms and conditions.

Payments & the 48-Hour Inspection Period

Premium Store transactions follow the same Dibdaa transaction process as other eligible marketplace purchases.

Where applicable, payment is held while the transaction is completed and the buyer has up to 48 hours after receiving the item to check that it matches the listing and is in the expected condition.

If everything is in good order, the buyer can confirm receipt and allow the funds to be released earlier.

If an eligible issue is reported during the inspection period, the applicable Dibdaa Resolution Center process may be used while the matter is reviewed.

Returns

Premium Store owners can set the return conditions applicable to their products.

Buyers should always review the return information shown on the listing before purchasing.

A seller's return policy is separate from Dibdaa's 48-hour inspection period. Where a store offers a longer return period, its published return conditions may continue to apply after the 48-hour inspection period has ended.

One Subscription. Your Store.

Dibdaa Premium is currently subscription-based.

While an eligible paid Premium subscription is active, the subscription covers Dibdaa's ordinary listing and selling charges for the Premium Store. Dibdaa does not currently charge an additional Dibdaa commission on ordinary Premium Store sales.

Any applicable third-party costs, such as delivery or payment-provider charges, are separate where applicable.

You're in Control

Dibdaa provides the technology and marketplace that enable you to create and operate your storefront.

Premium Store owners remain responsible for their:

• Products and availability
• Product descriptions and photographs
• Pricing
• Product condition
• Fulfilment
• Delivery arrangements where applicable
• Return policies
• Customer obligations
• Compliance with applicable laws and Dibdaa's marketplace policies

Dibdaa's Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy applies to Premium Stores in the same way it applies across the Dibdaa marketplace.

What Does "Premium" Mean?

Dibdaa Premium refers to the additional storefront and marketplace features available with a Premium Store.

Premium status does not mean that Dibdaa guarantees or endorses a particular seller, product or transaction.

Buyers should review listings carefully and use the transaction, communication and safety features available through Dibdaa.
