For change-of-mind returns, the seller’s stated return terms at the time of purchase may apply.

Before completing a purchase, we recommend that buyers:

• Review the listing carefully, including photos and item condition
• Check the seller’s stated return terms, where applicable
• Ask the seller any questions before purchasing
• Keep communications and transactions within Dibdaa
• Report any issue promptly after receiving the item

Where a return is agreed or approved, buyers should follow the return instructions provided and return the item in the required condition.
