Stores FAQ
A Dibdaa Store gives you your own dedicated storefront within the Dibdaa marketplace. You can create your store identity, display your products in one place and have your own Dibdaa store URL, while your eligible listings can also appear across the main Dibdaa marketplace.
Any eligible Dibdaa user can create or upgrade to a Store. You don't need to be a large business to get started — Dibdaa Stores are designed for individuals, growing sellers and businesses that want their own dedicated storefront.
Yes. Dibdaa offers a free Store option for up to 5 active items. If you need more active listings, you can upgrade to one of the available paid Store plans.
Store plans are based on the number of active items you want to have in your Store at one time. Choose the plan that best suits the size of your Store and upgrade or downgrade as your needs change. Current plans and prices will be shown when you select or manage your Store subscription.
Paid Dibdaa Store plans are monthly subscriptions processed through Stripe and automatically renew each month until cancelled. Your subscription price and billing information will be shown before you subscribe.
Yes. You can cancel your paid Store subscription. Your paid Store benefits will continue until the end of the applicable subscription period, after which your Store will move to the applicable lower or free plan. Any listing limits or other conditions applicable to that plan will then apply.
Currently, your Dibdaa Store subscription covers the ordinary Dibdaa listing and selling features included with your plan, and Dibdaa does not charge an additional sales commission on those Store transactions. Any third-party charges, such as applicable delivery or payment-provider charges, are separate.
Your Store subscription does not give Dibdaa ownership of your products or sale proceeds. Transactions continue to use Dibdaa's applicable payment and wallet processes, and any applicable third-party payment charges may still apply.
Your Dibdaa Store gives you a dedicated online storefront where you can showcase your products and create your own store identity. Your Store can include your store name and logo, product catalogue, categories, About information and Contact information. You also receive your own dedicated Dibdaa Store web address, making it easy to share your Store directly with customers.

Dibdaa may help facilitate the resolution process in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.
